Brief Update.

Maybe I will elaborate more later…maybe I won’t.  I don’t seem to be good at keeping promises lately.  At least not…hah..blog-related ones.   Anywho, spring break so far…

 – cousins came to visit in chapel hill…i’m really excited thomas is going to nc state next year.  i’m proud of him.  he’ll be just fine.  

–  being home really makes me miss my friends.  especially in this like whoa nice sun-shiny 70+ degree weather.  dude i wanna play frisbee like aaaaahhh!

– i went for a run at the loop.  2.5 miles does not make me tired…but my muscles seem to disagree.  perhaps not stretching was a bad idea…

– my mother is crazy. still.  always.  who am i kidding…was i expecting anything different?

– patience…is something i really need to work on.  home makes me short tempered.  i am beginning to think just the idea of a “home” makes me like that.  perhaps that’s why i am usually such a nomad. 

– i keep realizing i have many traits that i share with my father…right now…particularly..that whole idea of being more happy/cheery with people outside of “home.”  another example….we both like to tell stories..specifically to make people laugh.  difference is…sometimes mom and i think dad makes stuff up. 

–  i overheard an old woman with about 2 teeth (well, she was pretty old and i could see two teeth kinda..hanging over her bottom lip..)…telling the random people next to her that she’s really excited for the upcoming baseball season.  she has two grandkids that play baseball.  she goes to all the ball games.  robert’s particularly good.  i pictured her sitting in the stands…sitting…silently cheering…smiling.  my heart smiled.  i still love old people.

i s’pose that’s all for now.  one day, i will think about all this…and make it some sort of “deep” epiphany wowing entry.  right.  so i’ve been saying for the past 6 months now.
